Who Needs to Do this Course?
This is a prescriptive course that will help participants to identify typical behaviour exhibited by bullying and/or controlling personalities be they either passive-aggressive (manipulative) or aggressive.  It will outline the aims of these people so that participants realise that they, in most cases, are not at fault.  It should be undertaken by Principals, their Deputies, SSO's and in many circumstances a selection of teachers particularly those who work in areas where they are likely to be challenged aggressively in either a verbal or physical manner.

Why do this course?

• know what can be done prior to aggressive behaviour to try to prevent it
